Making a purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items
that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your
selection, click on Checkout and you will be asked for a few details that we
need to be able to complete the order.
You are deemed to place an order with us by ordering via our online checkout
process. As part of our checkout process you will be given the opportunity to
check your order and to correct any errors. We will send you an order
acknowledgement, detailing the products you have ordered.
Our acceptance of an order takes place when we despatch the order. We will send
you a despatch confirmation by email. When we despatch the order the purchase
contract will be made, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your
order or you have cancelled your order.
We may refuse to accept an order:
(a) where goods are not available;
(b) where we cannot obtain authorisation for your payment;
(c) if there has been a pricing or product description error; or
(d) if you do not meet any eligibility criteria set out in our terms and
conditions.
Shipping and handling
For deliveries to locations within Ireland, our delivery cost is free till the end of December
2008.
For deliveries outside the Republic and into main land UK there is an additional charge.
Customers in the United Kingdom can also buy directly from our mother company there which can be
found at www.sueka.co.uk.
Delivery to any of the UK islands is €28.00 per unit and delivery to the Channel Islands
is €45.50 per unit. These charges will not be applied during the ordering
process and we’ll have to contact you to take payments on that.
Orders are sent on a 48 hour service although please allow 72 hours before
contacting us, to allow for unexpected delays.
Delivery Schedule
We will deliver your order as soon as we have the full order ready to despatch and your payment fully received.
We will notify you by e-mail when the goods are ready to be sent and you should
then receive them within 72 hours.
Please allow up to 10 working days from placing your order to receiving the
goods. Any damages must be reported to www.suka.ie within 24
hours of delivery.
Back Orders
In the event of your item being out of stock, we will place it on back order for
you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you
would rather not wait.
Credit Card Security
To ensure credit card security and offer you peace of mind we use PROTX to
process your card details. They are one of the UK's leading Payment Service
Providers and are recommended by all major banks.
During the checkout process you will be transferred to the PROTX secure pages to
enter your credit card details, these details are never downloaded or stored by

Guarantee
All of our heaters unless specifically indicated come with a 15 years no quibble
manufacturer’s guarantee.
You can return items after prior agreement as long as they have not been opened and we'll refund your money subject
to admin cost deductions. Admin costs can be up to 30% of purchase value
depending on the distance from our warehouse to you and weight of goods.
