From September till December 2008, we are delivering to all parts of the Republic of Ireland and the United Kingdom free of charge for all purchases made on-line. We would start charging for deliveries or open our warehouse up in Dublin for collection in 2009. So take advantage of this gesture and start to really get warm with Suka.

Returns Policy
If you wish to cancel your order:
(a) you can notify us by email to advice @ sueka.ie before we have dispatched
the goods to you; or
(b) where goods have already been dispatched to you, by returning goods to us
prior to contacting us.
You can return goods you have ordered from us within 14 days of receipt for a
full refund or exchange. The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by
you.
Upon receipt of the goods in original packaging and in a condition to resell we
will give you a full refund of the amount paid or an exchange credit as
required.
The rights to return the goods to us will not apply if the product has been
unpacked or used.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
